Absoultely stunned at how easy it is to put together and how simple it is to get wonderfully ground items out of it. Had no trouble grinding any cut of meat (marbled or lean), type of meat (venison, beef, pork, chicken), or state of meat (cooked or raw). Things like chickpeas also get ground just the way I like them.
