The Wonders of Anti-oxidants

First and foremost, anti-oxidants are the products that rejuvenate our cells. These are chemicals found naturally in fruits, plants and vegetables. Here are a few more anti-oxidants: apple, blackberry, and some of the vegetables such as are carrot, tomato, potato, garlic and beans. Green tea, black tea, ginger and herbal tea are the other important sources of antioxidants.

There are many factors of cell rejuvenation; each anti-oxidants usually works on certain areas of one’s body. It is wonderful drug if we may call it that. A drug that is abundant in nature and cost friendly as well. In an anti-oxidant product, there is this process called resveratrol, the newest anti -aging discovery made. Aside from berries, peanuts, cranberries and bilberries it is also found greatly in grapes. So does that mean wine is healthy? Yes it truly is but you would have to consume at least a thousand bottles of wine a day to receive the amount needed for the body found in one supplement i.e. capsules.

There is such a thing as eating or consuming too much cacao of anything isn’t good. In short, eat in moderation. A healthy lifestyle is always best. Maintaining exercise and eating healthy foods is an example. It may be a difficult task to do but it is definitely possible especially if you have your mind set on being healthy.
